From Filbert St.- Make a Right on 13th St. Continue to Race St. Make a Right on Race St. Continue to the Ben Franklin Bridge. After toll plaza, bear left (you will be on Admiral Wilson Blvd. ) Stay left and follow signs for Rt 38. Take Route 38 East to Route 73 South.
